George Springer Back In There Sunday
George Springer (elbow) is back in center field and is batting leadoff on Sunday against Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Chi Chi Gonzalez. Springer missed the last three games with left elbow discomfort, but his fantasy managers can now throw him back into their starting lineups. The 32-year-old's reckless style of play in the outfield makes him a pretty big injury risk, but when he's healthy, he's a must-start in fantasy leagues. Heading into Sunday's game, Springer has a slash line of .260/.333/.489 with an .823 OPS, 13 home runs, 34 RBI, 40 runs scored and six stolen bases in 269 plate appearances and 63 games. With Springer returning, Ramiel Tapia will return to a bench role.
