1 year agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore (rib) is going to be used in a variety of roles in his first year with the team in 2023. The Browns showed their hand right away in Friday's preseason game against the Washington Commanders. Moore lined up at receiver and also took a snap in the backfield, a handoff that went for 18 yards. "I'm sure it's been well reported that we want to use the kid in a bunch of different ways," head coach Kevin Stefanski said. "Teams know that we'll hand it to him, that we'll throw it to him. As you know, there's no shortage of plays." Stefanski compared Moore to Percy Harvin. The 23-year-old was also injured in the contest on Friday, but X-rays came back negative on his rib and he should be fine for Week 1. He'll be a nice target as a WR4/flex in PPR leagues this fall.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
