Dolphins Deny Mike Gesicki Trade Rumors
Mike Gesicki, but the Dolphins were not shopping him. Gesicki's fantasy stock has fallen considerably this summer with rumors that he hasn't been a great fit in new head coach Mike McDaniel's offensive scheme. Apparently the Dolphins want to use the 26-year-old more as a blocker, which isn't great news for his fantasy ceiling in an offense that added target hog Tyreek Hill in the offseason. Gesicki should be the No. 3 aerial option for quarterback Tua Tagovailoa behind Hill and second-year wideout Jaylen Waddle. If the Dolphins involve Durham Smythe more alongside Gesicki, it will be hard to trust Gesicki as a TE1 in fantasy.
