Dereck Lively II Cleared for Action Wednesday
Dallas Mavericks center Dereck Lively II (knee) will be active against the New York Knicks on Wednesday, Mike Curtis of The Dallas Morning News reports. He returns to the lineup after getting a night off on Monday night against the Minnesota Timberwolves. So far this season, Lively II has made only five appearances and hasn't been much of a use for fantasy managers. The 21-year-old is averaging 4.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks in 16.0 minutes. On Wednesday, Lively II will share the center minutes with Daniel Gafford (ankle), who has also been cleared to play. It's a difficult matchup for Dallas' bigs against Karl-Anthony Towns and Mitchell Robinson.
