New York Giants second-year inside linebacker Darrian Beavers could replace Jarrad Davis, who will miss prolonged action after having knee surgery. Beavers was pushing for serious playing time in his rookie year in 2022 before suffering an ACL injury late in the preseason, and he was one of the team's biggest surprises of training camp last year. The former on-ball defender dropped to the sixth round because personnel sources said he was playing out of position. The Giants were smart to move him to a pure linebacker position to take advantage of his size at 6-foot-4, 255 pounds. The 24-year-old will be making his NFL debut when he gets into a game in 2023.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
