Dalton Schultz Deemed Questionable for Week 9
Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz (knee, shoulder) is dealing with multiple injuries and is questionable to play this weekend against the Denver Broncos on Sunday in Week 9. Schultz did not practice with the team on Wednesday or Thursday, but he returned to a full practice on Friday, giving him a chance to play. Despite the two DNPs earlier this week, the 29-year-old is expected to play on Sunday, although he still won't be all that attractive to fantasy managers. The former fourth-rounder of the Dallas Cowboys in 2018 out of Stanford will have a lower ceiling this weekend against a tough defense due to the returns of both receivers Nico Collins (concussion) and Christian Kirk (hamstring). Schultz has yet to find the end zone in 2025 and has caught 32 of his 40 targets for 308 yards. If he's active, fantasy managers should treat him as a touchdown-dependent TE2.
