Corey Davis Returns To Practice, Expected To Play Sunday
3 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Corey Davis (groin) will return to a limited practice on Friday and should be available to play on Sunday against the Houston Texans, according to head coach Robert Saleh. Davis tweaked his groin in practice on Wednesday and sat out of Thursday's session. Mid-week injuries are usually tough to come back from, but it looks like Davis will be able to play in Week 12. He'll likely draw a questionable tag on the final injury report, but unless he suffers a setback, fantasy managers should plan on having him available for their starting lineups this weekend. Davis remains the team's No. 1 wideout despite the emergence of rookie Elijah Moore, and he'll be on the WR3/flex radar with rookie quarterback Zach Wilson (knee) returning on Sunday in a solid matchup against Houston.
