Clayton Kershaw To Make His Next Start
1 year agoLos Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said that left-hander Clayton Kershaw (undisclosed) will make his next start, but he's unsure when that will come. Kershaw went through his normal post-start workout on Wednesday, and Roberts said he is "encouraged," while adding, "it's not his back." The 35-year-old future Hall of Famer asked to be pulled from his start early for undisclosed reasons on Tuesday against the Colorado Rockies after tossing six shutout innings with a walk and two strikeouts. It's not time to panic for fantasy managers, but it's something to watch closely in his coming start. Kershaw has been fantastic in June, going 4-0 with a 1.09 ERA, eight walks and 30 strikeouts in 33 innings over four starts.
