Minnesota Twins shortstop Carlos Correa (illness) left Tuesday's game early with what manager Rocco Baldelli described as lightheadedness. Correa spoke with the team's head trainer multiple times before exiting during the top of the third inning. Twenty-four-year-old Brooks Lee took over at shortstop. Correa is day-to-day. The 30-year-old has taken a step back following an excellent 2024 season. Through 93 games, he is slashing .267/.319/.386 with limited power production. The Twins will likely be cautious with their star infielder as they continue their push for a postseason spot.--Julian Brooke
