The Cincinnati Bengals plan to use the franchise tag on wide receiver A.J. Green, according to sources. The tag for receivers is estimated to be worth around $18.5 million, and the two sides will have until July 15 to reach a long-term extension. Green's 8,907 receiving yards rank fourth in the NFL since he entered the league in 2011, and he's second in team history in total catches (602), receiving yards (8,907) and touchdowns (63). However, Green didn't play at all in 2019 and has missed 29 games due to injuries since 2016. The veteran wideout has been a high-end WR1 ini fantasy before, but he's coming off injuries and will likely have a rookie throwing him passes in 2020, leaving his fantasy value very shaky.
