Bears Rookie Impressed With DJ Moore
1 year agoChicago Bears fourth-round rookie wide receiver Tyler Scott has been thoroughly impressed by watching DJ Moore this offseason. "D.J. Moore, obviously, being a teammate, he -- man -- he's everything advertised and more," Scott said when asked which route runners he studies to help his own game. "Like he plays with such a calmness to him. Just the control to him." Moore has three 1,000-yard campaigns despite uneven quarterback play in his time in Carolina, and he's also racked up 364 catches and 21 TDs in his five NFL seasons. The 26-year-old former first-rounder has plenty of talent and an even higher ceiling in his new home, but he'll also need quarterback Justin Fields to take the next step as a passer to cash in on the potential as a top-25 fantasy pass-catcher.
