St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Alex Reyes (elbow) is scheduled for two more rehab starts in his recovery from Tommy John surgery. Reyes has been excellent in his two Single-A starts and will move up to Double-A for his third start on Saturday. Following that one, he'll take a turn at Triple-A before being set up to return to the Cardinals rotation on May 29. Reyes is full of upside, but he'll definitely have to deal with strict innings and pitch limits this season. He should be owned in all formats.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
