Mackenzie Hughes Desperate to Play Better in Minnesota
Mackenzie Hughes was harder on himself after playing in Europe the past couple of weeks. The Canadian golfer missed the cut at the Genesis Scottish Open and The Open Championship. It came down to not making enough birdies which has been a struggle for a couple of months now. Hughes has a birdie or better conversion percentage of only 28.72% (154th). It does not help his scoring average of 70.74 (133rd). Overall, Hughes has not been great at any major metrics. He comes close to average with putting and is reasonably good at scrambling (80th overall). At Myrtle Beach in May, Hughes made putts. Unless he starts to avoid mistakes, Hughes is an option to fade in DFS and betting formats alike.
