Jaylen Warren's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 16 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Jaylen Warren for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12 and 14-team PPR leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: High-end RB3 with low-end RB2 upside
ANALYSIS: Jaylen Warren isn't the flashiest play, but he does come with a decent floor and some good upside as your RB2/RB3 or flex in Week 16. Since Week 9, Warren has gotten an average of 14.4 opportunities per game. He's scored double-digit PPR fantasy points in four of those seven games.
The Bengals are a solid matchup for running backs too. They're allowing the 5th-most yards per carry (4.51) to opposing backs this season. Warren totaled 62 yards on 16 touches in the teams' first matchup back in Week 12.
Despite producing single-digit fantasy points in three of the last four games, Warren's opportunity share has grown each of the last two weeks. Last week, he saw the best opportunity share of the season. His 83% route participation rate led to six targets.
You may not want to start Warren over guys like Ty Chandler or Devin Singletary, but you might want to consider starting him over guys like Austin Ekeler or Javonte Williams.
