Tennessee Titans running back Tony Pollard (ankle) has been dealing with an ankle issue for some time now. He's been a steady presence on injury reports on the practice days heading into games. While he hasn't missed a contest this season, it's still something worth monitoring.
It appears that the team is doing its best to manage a persistent problem that's been nagging him for months now, and while he's played very well despite the ailment, sometimes it's only a matter of time before rest days during the week aren't enough to prep a player for a contest.

Is Tony Pollard Playing in Week 15?
After missing practices on both Wednesday and Thursday, he returned in a limited fashion on Friday. However, rather than being cleared from the injury report, he's listed as "Questionable" for Sunday's contest. But Terry McCormick, a Titans beat writer since 1997, announced that he believes Pollard should be able to play.

We should trust this development and be ready for him to go. Fantasy managers should put him in their starting lineups as they would if he were healthy. It's always worth checking his status just before the game to see if he becomes a surprise inactive, but that situation seems unlikely to pass.
Tony Pollard Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook
He's a must-start in all leagues due to his volume and performance this season. He's had to overcome poor offensive line play, and has done a good job in making up for the OL's run-blocking deficiencies. It also seems that he's regained his explosiveness that was lost in 2023 due to the broken leg he suffered at the end of 2022.

His ability to fight through contact and turn what should be losses into impressive gains has been fantastic. He also has elite speed for a player at his position and is capable of ripping off huge runs. He'll face a weak Cincinnati Bengals defense as the clear RB1 of his team.
There's a chance the Bengals could jump to an early lead, in which case the Titans would shift away from a run-heavy game plan, but he's been targeted 53 times this season, so there's at least some insulation from a poor game script. He should do fine either way.
