Welcome to RotoBaller's daily fantasy football FanDuel lineup picks for Week 13 of the NFL season. In this article, I, Justin Bales, will be taking you, the reader, through the best FanDuel DFS plays of the week for this upcoming Sunday.

These FanDuel lineup recommendations are based on matchups, recent performances, overall upside/talent levels, and other factors such as Vegas odds, home field advantage, and more. Good luck with your FanDuel DFS lineups!

FanDuel Quarterback - Week 13 DFS Picks

Colin Kaepernick (at CHI, $7,800)

Kaepernick has been one of the best fantasy quarterbacks in the NFL over the last few weeks, but he isn’t priced like it. He’s coming off a huge game against the Dolphins, and he gets a decent matchup against the Bears this week. Kaepernick has the potential to throw the ball 40 times in a game, but he can also run for 100 yards. This game is projected to be close from the start to the finish, which means Kaepernick will have four quarters to work with. He is cheap enough to be used in all formats.

Kirk Cousins (at ARI, $7,500)

Cousins is another quarterback that comes with a questionable price tag. He has been on fire recently, as he’s averaging 24.5 fantasy points per contest over the last five games. The Redskins have proven that they aren’t afraid to let Cousins throw the ball 50 or more times in a game, which he may have to do against the Arizona Cardinals this week. The Redskins are small underdogs in this game, but it’s set at 50.5 points, which means both teams will be scoring plenty. Cousins is another quarterback that has been playing well enough to be used in all formats.

FanDuel Running Backs - Week 13 DFS Picks

Le'Veon Bell (vs NYG, $9,300)

It was tough to choose between David Johnson and Le’Veon Bell this week. Bell has been a huge part of the Steelers offense this season, and he is a receiving threat, as well. He gets a decent matchup against the Giants, who have been playing better recently, but likely won’t be able to stop the Steelers offense. Bell also comes with elite touchdown potential, which adds to his upside. Bell is $100 more expensive than Johnson, which could cause his ownership to be lower, which is why I sided with Bell this week.

Jeremy Hill (vs PHI, $5,800)

Hill is coming off a rough game against the Ravens, but they have one of the best rush defenses in the NFL. He gets a much easier matchup against the Eagles this week. The most telling part of Hill’s game last week was his six catches, which was far and away the most receptions he has had in a game this season. It’s clear that Hill is going to be more involved in the passing game with Gio Bernard out. Hill can be used in all leagues.

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 13 DFS Picks

DeAndre Hopkins (at GB, $6,700)

Hopkins has been one of the most underwhelming players in the NFL this season. He has scored single digit fantasy points in five consecutive games, which has caused his price tag to drop. He is a player that does have good upside, though, as he has seen double digit targets in four of his last six games. He gets a good matchup against Green Bay, who is dealing with a ton of injuries in their secondary. Hopkins is an outstanding tournament option.

Ted Ginn Jr. (at SEA, $4,900)

Ginn is an elite tournament option this week. He comes with an extremely low price tag, but he has been playing extremely well as a deep threat for the Panthers recently. He has seven catches, 161 yards and two touchdowns in the last two weeks, and he has been seeing a healthy amount of targets on a consistent basis. He gets a terrible matchup against the Seahawks, but that will keep his ownership down. He is a great salary relief option in GPPs this week.

FanDuel Tight End - Week 13 DFS Picks

Coby Fleener (vs DET, $5,500)

Fleener is an extremely frustrating player to own, but this is a great matchup for him. The Lions have struggled quite a bit against the tight end this season, and Fleener has displayed good upside. The Saints should have no problem scoring touchdowns this week, and it wouldn’t be surprising if Fleener was a big part of the game plan. He does come with a ton of risk, though, and he’s best suited for tournaments this week.

FanDuel Defense - Week 13 DFS Picks

Miami Dolphins D/ST (at BAL, $4,400)

The Dolphins defense has been heating up recently. They’re averaging 10.8 fantasy points per game over the last four games. They haven’t been stopping teams from scoring, but they have been forcing turnovers and scoring touchdowns. They get a good matchup against the Ravens, who have struggled offensively this season. This game is set at only 41.5 points and the Dolphins defense can be used in all leagues.
