DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (4/10/21): NBA DFS Lineups

Stephen Curry - NBA DFS Picks, Daily Fantasy Basketball

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on April 10, 2021. Mike Marteny provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

It's another solid slate in the NBA with seven games going on, but we know that load management shenanigans will plague this long before lock. At least we already know that His Beardness is out for a while and Fred VanVleet is out tonight. There are a lot of questionable tags not pertained to rest that we still have to sort through. The Warriors are on a back-to-back. Do you really think they are going to play everyone? I have my doubts.

No totals are very high just yet, but the two highest games also have double-digit spreads. The good news is that John Wall should be back for the Rockets tonight. The Suns-Wizards should end up having some fireworks as well. Make sure to check back closer to tipoff to see who is in and who is out.

This article will supply you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for the DraftKings on 4/10/21. You can also check out today’s FanDuel lineup picks. It’s also important to monitor injury news as a result of COVID-19 as the slate can completely change before line-up lock. Without further ado, let’s dive into the picks!

DraftKings DFS Guards

Donovan Mitchell - PG/SG, vs. Sacramento ($8,800)

Mitchell is a high-volume shooter and can rack up a ton of points in any given game. Especially when he's going up against a defense like the Kings. If the Kings manage to keep this close, Mitchell might have the best upside on the entire slate. He's a usage monster for Utah and quite often does a lot more than score. We know what the upside is. The issue is that we know what Mitchell's floor is if this game gets out of hand. He had 39.5 DraftKings points in a 46-point win over the Magic last week. That would be quite disappointing at this price.

CJ McCollum - PG/SG, vs. Detroit ($7,700)

It seems like we come to this point every season. The point where CJ is underpriced. It took a while to get here after the absence of Damian Lillard. CJ was overpriced for a while after his return. CJ is only hitting value about half the time, even at this price, since Lillard's return. However, he does have a great matchup against Detroit here. He put up 44.25 against this same Detroit team 11 days ago and he was priced $300 higher. There's really no reason that he can't turn in another game like that.

Cory Joseph - PG/SG, at Portland ($4,000)

Jerami Grant is out again, so the Pistons will be looking for ways to cover the production. Surprisingly, it was Joseph that stepped up on Thursday with 13 extra minutes and 40.75 DraftKings points. It seems as though Detroit let Joseph have his way against his former team, so I wouldn't expect this kind of production again. That said, Joseph was putting up good numbers in a bench role with Detroit anyway. Give him a few extra minutes again, and Joseph is likely the value under $5,000.

Bonus Guards: Stephen Curry ($10,100), Devin Booker ($8,900), Norman Powell ($5,500). Deandre' Bembry ($3,600)

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Draymond Green - PF/C, vs. Houston ($7,100)

Green wrecked Houston the first time around with 51 DraftKings points in just 32 minutes. Forward is kind of weak tonight despite the seven-game slate. There are injuries galore, and value is only really worth it if you pick the right studs. Last night I used it to go with Jokic and Towns. I have a similar plan for tonight, but Green is so reasonably priced that he fits in any lineup. You know I'm a sucker for a guy that doesn't rely on scoring to hit value.

OG Anunoby - PF, at Cleveland ($6,600)

It has been a bit of a tough run for OG. He got tossed in just ten minutes against the Lakers on Tuesday. He only made 11 of his 34 shots from the floor against the Bulls and Wizards. The good news is that OG has still come close to making value aside from the Lakers game despite dreadful shooting. If he gets that percentage back up, OG will be flirting with 50 again in no time. His usage and minutes aren't any different than they were in his huge month of March.

Taurean Prince - SF/PF, vs. Tampa-ronto ($4,600)

Prince has battled injuries this year, but he is hitting his stride of late. He has at least 32 DraftKings points in three straight games and is showing no signs of slowing down. Prince has proven to be very efficient with his scoring opportunities. We saw flashes of what he could be in Atlanta. Now he's showing what he can do when given the time and DraftKings still hasn't adjusted the price.

Bonus Forwards: Pascal Siakam ($8,400), Kelly Oubre Jr. ($6,200), Jaylen Hoard ($4,000)

DraftKings DFS Centers

Rudy Gobert - C, vs. Sacramento ($8,000)

Gobert is rather boring from a DFS standpoint, which is a way of saying that he's an excellent cash play. He has upside tonight though. The Kings are improving in the middle, but they still aren't good enough to keep me off of Rudy. he has three straight games of over 40 DraftKings points. Gobert shouldn't have any problem extending that streak to four. He is a double-double machine right now.

Chris Boucher - C, at Cleveland ($6,800)

Boucher showed what he is capable of on Thursday night, ravaging the Bulls for 69.75 DraftKings points. As expected, his price took quite a jump for tonight's game. It's still not so high that Boucher can't hit 7x value. The concerning thing to me is that Boucher hadn't broken the 40 DraftKings point mark in almost a month. This certainly looks like an outlier, but we know the talent is there. It's worth the risk in GPP formats.

Andre Drummond - C, at Brooklyn ($6,500)

The Lakers need all the help they can get right now. Drummond has been an amazing reinforcement for them when he can stay on the court. His toe bothered him enough to knock him out of the game against the Heat on Thursday, but he seems to be fine for today. Drummond is a certain double-double with both LeBron and Anthony Davis still out. Oh, and did I mention that he's playing the Nets?

Bonus Centers: Christian Wood ($8,300), Deandre Ayton ($6,700), Isaiah Hartenstein ($5,000)
