DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily Fantasy College Football (10/30/21 Late Night)

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the late night slate on 10/30/21. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win big.

Did you think our college football DFS coverage was done for the day? Just because most of the world goes to bed before the late night slate doesn't mean that I do! College football addicts and DFS degenerates unite! It's not over until we say it is!

DraftKings makes up for a lackluster late night slate in Week 7 and the absence of one in Week 8 with this gem in Week 9. We have four superb matchups starting with Utah hosting UCLA. 15 minutes later, BYU welcomes in DFS darlings Virginia. We close off the night with San Diego hosting Fresno and Stanford hosting Washington. This is going to be a great one!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings that locks at 10pm eastern on 10/30/21. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Quarterbacks

Brennan Armstrong, Virginia ($10,200)

Pay up! Few players on any team have the ceiling that Armstrong does. The 3,220 passing yards and 23 touchdowns is impressive in its own right, but Armstrong has also racked up 177 rushing yards and five more touchdowns on the ground! These monster wideouts are going to pose real problems for BYU and Armstrong is talented enough to get them the ball in nearly every situation.

Jaren Hall, BYU ($6,900)

It takes a bit of a leap of faith to run Hall out there considering that he hasn't had more than one passing touchdown in a game since Week 3. That likely changes here. For as impressive as the Virginia offense is, the defense is equally unimpressive. They bleed points as fast as the offense can score them. We haven't really seen a ceiling game from Hall and he had about as pedestrian an outing as you can have without making a mistake last week against the Cougars. That should drive down ownership against a very giving defense.

Also consider: Cameron Rising, Utah ($8,200); Jake Haener, Fresno State ($7,400); Tanner McKee, Stanford ($6,800)

DraftKings CFB DFS Running Backs

Tyler Allgeier, BYU ($8,800)

This was thought to be a timeshare coming into the season, but Allgeier has morphed into a feature back. He carried a career-high 32 times for a career-high 191 yards last week against Washington State. A few teams have had success against the Hoos by running the ball and keeping the ball away from their offense. This is going to be the plan for BYU as well, one they executed to perfection last week in Pullman. Expect another big workload from Allgeier.

Zach Charbonnet, UCLA ($5,500)

Brittain Brown has become quite a thorn for those of us wanting to ride Charbonnet. He's poaching some touchdowns from Charbonnet in conference play with defenses tightening up. Charbonnet isn't going to have a lot of room to run against Utah, but his running style is the way to attack the Utah front. Brown could see a decreased workload as a result. The UCLA back I want this week is Charbonnet.

Greg Bell, San Diego State ($5,000)

Defenses have keyed in on Bell in recent weeks, but I still like him against Fresno. The Aztecs are one of the better running teams and Jordon Brookshire is returning this week. Lucas Johnson wasn't good enough as a passer to keep defenses honest. With Brookshire back, I really like the Aztec backs at a lower price since they struggled the last couple of weeks.

Also consider: Tavion Thomas, Utah ($6,300); Brittain Brown, UCLA ($5,800); Wayne Taulapapa, Virginia ($4,200); Chance Bell, San Diego State ($3,900)

DraftKings CFB DFS Wide Receivers

Dontayvion Wicks, Virginia ($7,500)

Wicks is sixth in FBS with 847 receiving yards, so getting him at this price feels like a steal. He has had a couple of huge games of late with the Hoos deciding that running the ball is overrated and throwing at will. That's what they're going to do against BYU as well. More than one Virginia receiver will likely be optimal, but this crew begins and ends with Wicks. Billy Kemp IV is the possession receiver if you are looking for the concrete floor. Wicks is the guy that can break a slate.

Keytaon Thompson, Virginia ($6,400)

Yeah, I could just throw Thompson in there with Wicks telling you to play them both, but Thompson deserves his own write up. This guy can do everything and Virginia routinely asks that of him. Thompson has 193 rushing yards and three touchdowns while hauling in 41 passes for 555 yards. Amazingly enough, Thompson doesn't have a receiving touchdown on the season, but if you sleep on him, last year's starting quarterback to open the year will throw one on you.

Benjamin Yurosek, Stanford ($5,400)

Teams have started taking Elijah Higgins out of the game with Brycen Tremaine out of action. That has opened the door for Yurosek. He has 11 receptions for 217 yards and a touchdown over the last two games. Yurosek is just another in a laundry list of talented tight ends in college this year. Tanner McKee isn't afraid to dump it off to Yurosek if something isn't open. I really like the strong floor of Yurosek here.

Brant Kuithe, Utah ($5,000)

Kuithe has three touchdowns in the last two games and he scored a rushing touchdown in the game before that. Like Yurosek, Kuithe is another of those multi-faceted tight ends that can put up huge numbers. Kuithe's target share is the highest on the team. That makes him a strong value play.

Also consider: Jalen Cropper, Fresno State ($7,000); Kyle Phillips, UCLA ($6,100); Neil Pau'u, BYU ($5,500); Jelani Woods, Virginia ($4,900); Britain Covey, Utah ($4,700)
