Cole Beasley Back On The Practice Field
Cole Beasley (ribs) was limited in practice on Thursday after not participating on Wednesday. Beasley barely played in the second half of the Week 9 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, but it's a good sign that he has returned to practice after missing just one day. With Buffalo's running game going nowhere of late, the 32-year-old slot receiver has functioned as an extension of the running game with short dump-off passes from quarterback Josh Allen. In the last two games, Beasley has 24 targets, catching 18 of them for 143 yards. He's also Allen's most trusted go-to option on third downs. Beasley has just one touchdown and is averaging only 8.7 yards per catch, but as long as he continues to be heavily targeted, he'll be a WR3/flex in PPR setups.
