Jake Meyers Exits Game 4 With An Injury
Jake Meyers (shoulder) was removed in the second inning of Tuesday's game against the Chicago White Sox. He suffered an injury while attempting to make a leaping catch on a home run off the bat of Gavin Sheets. It appeared to be a shoulder injury, but the team has yet to reveal any specifics of it. Chas McCormick came in to replace Meyers in the game. The 25-year-old Meyers has been solid at the plate this series. He's gone 3-for-8 with two RBI, a stolen base and a run scored.
