Jake Meyers Exits Game 4 With An Injury
Houston Astros outfielder Jake Meyers (shoulder) was removed in the second inning of Tuesday's game against the Chicago White Sox. He suffered an injury while attempting to make a leaping catch on a home run off the bat of Gavin Sheets. It appeared to be a shoulder injury, but the team has yet to reveal any specifics of it. Chas McCormick came in to replace Meyers in the game. The 25-year-old Meyers has been solid at the plate this series. He's gone 3-for-8 with two RBI, a stolen base and a run scored.
