Garrett Wilson "Untouchable" in Trade Talks
SNY's Connor Hughes reports that New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson (knee) is "untouchable" in trade talks at Tuesday's deadline. The Jets traded All-Pro cornerback Sauce Gardner to the Indianapolis Colts on Tuesday for two first-round picks and wideout Adonai Mitchell, so receiver-needy teams were wondering if Wilson might be available as well. It's "not the case with Wilson." The Jets also sent defensive lineman Quinnen Williams to the Dallas Cowboys for a first-rounder in 2027, but it appears they are going to hang onto Wilson and running back Breece Hall despite another lost season. The 25-year-old Wilson hasn't played since hyperextending his knee on Oct. 12 in London in a loss to the Denver Broncos, but he's expected to practice this week, giving him a chance to return this Sunday against the Bengals. Despite missing several games due to injury and playing in a bad Jets offense, Wilson ranks as the WR10 in half-PPR scoring this year with 13.6 fantasy points per game.
