The Jacksonville Jaguars signed free-agent wide receiver/kick returner Jamal Agnew to a three-year deal worth up to $21 million on Monday, according to a source. Agnew was the Detroit Lions return man for the last four seasons and earned All-Pro honors as a rookie in 2017. He was a fifth-round pick out of the University of San Diego and was the league's best punt returner in 2017, averaging 15.4 yards per attempt with two touchdowns. Agnew remains one of the NFL's best special teams return men, scoring five total touchdowns, including a 74-yard punt return in 2020. As a receiver in Detroit's offense last year, Agnew had 13 catches for 89 yards and also carried the ball six times for 33 yards. The 25-year-old won't be fantasy relevant in his new home in Jacksonville.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
