The Baltimore Ravens restructured cornerback Marcus Peters' contract on Friday in order to free up $3.5 million in salary cap space for the 2021 season. Peters has been a dynamic player in Baltimore secondary ever since they traded for him in 2019. After he agreed to the contract restructure, the Ravens will have around $20 million to spend in the free-agent market. The 28-year-old had four interceptions in 14 games last year. He was scheduled to have a $13.5 million salary cap hit in 2021. Since he entered the league in 2015, Peters has the most takeaways (39), interceptions (31), interception return yards (814), interceptions for touchdowns (six) and defensive touchdowns (seven). His 86 passes defended are the second-most in that span.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
