After not practicing all week, Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London, according to John Clark of NBC Sports. Backup Tank Bigsby (abdomen) also had core-muscle surgery and is on Injured Reserve, which means that Will Shipley is set up to handle the bulk of the backfield duties this weekend against Jacksonville. Former Houston Texans RB Dameon Pierce was added to the active 53-man roster this week and will help handle change-of-pace duties on Sunday in his first game with Philly. Barkley suffered a hamstring injury in last week's loss to the Los Angeles Rams, but the good news is that his injury is not believed to be long-term, so hopefully he will have a shot to return for Week 6 tilt at home against the Carolina Panthers next Sunday. The 29-year-old is still searching for his first touchdown of the year, but he is averaging a healthy 5.1 yards per carry and has 182 rushing yards on his 36 rushing attempts through four games. Shipley should at least be considered an RB3/flex against the Jags.--Keith Hernandez
