Philadelphia Phillies right-handed closer Jhoan Duran (oblique) is officially active for Tuesday night's game against the visiting Athletics, as expected, according to Matt Gelb of The Athletic. The Phillies are sending pitcher Trevor Richards to the minors in a corresponding move. Duran is officially back from the 15-day injured list after missing three-plus weeks due to a strained left oblique. Now that he's back, the 28-year-old Dominican hurler should be reinserted right back into the Phillies' closer role, pushing right-hander Brad Keller back into a high-leverage setup role. Before landing on the IL, Duran had a 1.35 ERA, 0.75 WHIP, five saves, and eight strikeouts in his 6 2/3 innings of work over seven appearances. He had a career-high 32 saves last year with the Phillies and Minnesota Twins and has had at least 23 saves in each of the last three seasons. Duran should not be floating around on the waiver wire in any fantasy baseball leagues.--Keith Hernandez
