San Jose Sharks winger Igor Chernyshov (upper body) was limited to 28 seconds of ice time in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Montreal Canadiens. He was injured after a high hit from Canadiens defenseman Mike Matheson. The 20-year-old Russian rookie fell hard and struggled to get up. He needed assistance to leave the ice and was taken to the hospital. Chernyshov has made a positive impression in his first 16 career games, recording three goals and eight assists. He is traveling with the team for Sunday's matchup with the Ottawa Senators, but it seems likely that Chernyshov will sit out the game. Philipp Kurashev and Ryan Reaves are the candidates to replace him in the lineup.--Taavi Pailk
