Philadelphia 76ers point guard Tyrese Maxey (finger) will miss the team's upcoming back-to-back against Cleveland and Memphis. The two-time All-Star sprained his right fifth finger in Saturday's loss to Atlanta. Maxey will undergo further testing before a treatment plan is established. With Maxey absent, Cameron Payne and Quentin Grimes will have increased roles in the backcourt. Offensively, Kelly Oubre Jr. will also be expected to do more, especially with Joel Embiid (oblique) and Paul George (suspension) still unavailable.--Taavi Pailk
