Buffalo Sabres goaltender Colten Ellis will make his second career start in Wednesday's matchup against the Utah Mammoth. He will attempt to make it two wins in two appearances, having beaten the Detroit Red Wings 4-2 with 29 saves on Oct. 22. The Sabres have allowed three or more goals in six of their last seven games, going 1-2-4, and desperately need a change in momentum. Ellis faces a tough challenge on Wednesday night, as Utah averages 29.3 shots and 3.19 goals per game. However, Buffalo catches the Mammoth at a good time, with André Tourigny's team having gone 1-5-0 over the last six games.--Taavi Pailk
