The Cleveland Browns defense will come out of its bye to take on the New York Jets on the road in Week 10. The Jets have been unwilling to name their starting quarterback for Week 10, but they are generally expected to give Justin Fields the nod over Tyrod Taylor. Regardless of who is under center for the Jets, the Cleveland defense will draw a plus matchup against a New York offense that is allowing the seventh-most fantasy points per game to opposing D/STs this season. The Browns draw an excellent matchup for fantasy in Week 10 and are on the radar as a top-12 fantasy option this weekend.--Matt Terelle
