Justin Brazeau Ruled Out for Four Weeks
Pittsburgh Penguins right wing Justin Brazeau (upper body) is unlikely to return to action before December after the team ruled him out for a minimum of four weeks. He has already sat out a couple of games due to an upper-body injury. Brazeau picked up the injury at an awful time, as he's been one of Pittsburgh's best players early this season. In 12 outings, Brazau has averaged a point per game, scoring six goals. Philip Tomasino has returned to the lineup during Brazeau's absence. Meanwhile, Thomas Novak and Ben Kindel are new faces in the top six. The Penguins attack will also be without Noel Acciari (upper body) for at least the next three weeks.
