Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter (heel) is likely to be ready when his team plays the Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium, according to a report from Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The star defensive lineman missed Week 6 with the injury, but should be back for a Philly defense in search of a rebound following an ugly loss to the New York Giants. Minnesota will be without its starting center, Ryan Kelly (concussion), and possibly right tackle Brian O'Neill (knee), giving the Eagles a decent chance to disrupt an offense led by backup quarterback Carson Wentz.--Nick Piotrowicz
