Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy (shoulder, ankle) is questionable to play against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday Night Football in Week 5. Although Worthy did not initially carry an injury designation into the weekend, the Chiefs have revised their injury report and are listing him as questionable just 24 hours before kickoff. This is something that fantasy managers should monitor, though there might not be a whole lot that you can do about it. 24 teams have already played games, which means the majority of rostered players are locked in fantasy leagues, making it difficult to change your lineup or add any players. Managers heavily invested in Worthy's availability should see if they can add a receiver like JuJu Smith-Schuster or Tyquan Thornton before the final two games of Week 5 kick off, in case he ends up being inactive.--Andersen Pickard
