Atlanta Braves right-hander Joe Jimenez (knee) has been shut down from throwing after experiencing discomfort in his surgically repaired left knee during his rehab in Florida. Jimenez has spent the entire 2025 season on the 60-day injured list following offseason knee surgery to remove some loose cartilage. There is no set timeline for his return, as the Braves are waiting for the issue to settle before reassessing. The 30-year-old reliever was a key bullpen piece in 2024, posting a 2.62 ERA, 0.99 WHIP, and 82 strikeouts across 68 2/3 innings in his second year with Atlanta.--Julian Brooke
