Detroit Tigers shortstop Trey Sweeney played the hero in his team's 7-2 win over the Cleveland Guardians in 10 innings on Sunday. Sweeney went 1-for-3 with a three-run homer to lift his team to the victory and complete the three-game sweep over Cleveland. With the game tied at 1-1 in the top of the 10th inning, Sweeney launched a go-ahead three-run homer to give the Tigers their first lead of the game. Sweeney is now hitting .220 with five homers, 28 runs, 27 RBI, and two steals across 214 at-bats this season. Late-game heroics aside, he will need to hit more consistently to make his way into fantasy lineups.--Matt Terelle
