Slade Cecconi Pushed Back Due to Groin Tightness

Cleveland Guardians starting pitcher Slade Cecconi (groin) will no longer start Wednesday's game against the Dodgers, reports Carly Mascitti of News 5 Cleveland. He's dealing with mild groin tightness, which became an issue after his previous start on Friday. It's not yet known whether he will be pushed back a couple of days or have this start skipped entirely. No matter when it is, Cecconi will look to continue a solid start to the season, as he's allowed only four runs over 11 innings while striking out 14 through his first two appearances.--Jeremy Heist
