Marquee Sports Network's Bruce Levine reported Monday that Chicago Cubs catching prospect Moises Ballesteros is expected to be called up to likely start in Tuesday's game against the Marlins. This will be a corresponding move as Ian Happ (oblique) gets placed on the injured list with an oblique issue. The 21-year-old Ballesteros is the Cubs No. 4 prospect, per MLB Pipeline. He has crushed the baseball this season with Triple-A Iowa, slashing .368/.420/.522 with four home runs, 18 RBI, and three stolen bases in 150 plate appearances. Ballesteros has produced high batting averages and slugging percentages throughout his career, making him an intriguing fantasy player at a weak position. Fantasy managers may not want to pick him up right away without seeing him in big-league action, but they should keep a close eye on his first few games.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
