Los Angeles Kings goaltender Darcy Kuemper continued his rich vein of form with a 27-save shutout in Saturday's 3-0 victory over the Edmonton Oilers. The veteran netminder picked up his fifth shutout of the season, tying him for the third most in the league. In the process, Kuemper became only the fifth goaltender in the expansion era to allow two or fewer goals in 13 consecutive starts. Kuemper's impeccable work between the pipes has given him a league-best 2.03 goals-against average, while he holds a 28-10-7 record. He is tied for the second-best save percentage at .922. Considering the Kings have just kicked off a four-game homestand, Kuemper's streak might continue for a while. Only four teams have defeated him at the Crypto.com Arena this season.--Taavi Pailk
