The Final Four gets underway in San Antonio with the most loaded four teams we've ever seen in the final weekend of the NCAA Tournament taking the court today. All four teams are top-10 in single-season KenPom ratings, which have been around for 30 years.

We are past the point of "good matchups." They simply don't exist against these four teams. In this situation, we're looking for the dogs. For the players who play well no matter the situation. The players who put up good numbers no matter the opponent. That's the only way to gain an edge.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings for 4/5/25, starting at 6:09 p.m. EDT. Walter Clayton Jr., Florida ($8.5K)

I went back and tracked every “clutch” shot attempt by Clayton this year. Here are Clayton's clutch shot numbers with an explanation behind my findings.

You can't say clutch without talking about Clayton. He is the only reason that Florida is in the Final Four. His final two minutes against Texas Tech conjured up images of Reggie Miller. Someone went through the effort to track Clayton's clutch shots all season. The percentages are even better than I thought.

This is exactly the type of player you want in the final two games of the season. Clayton played all 40 minutes in the regular-season meeting with Tennessee and put up 44.5 DraftKings points. That was tied for his third-best total of the season (he hit 44.75 twice). Clayton doesn't have the upside of some, but he is the most clutch player on the court.

Emanuel Sharp, Houston ($5.7K)

The best place to attack Duke is on the perimeter, but it's still not an elite place. I feel like Duke will be more occupied with Milos Uzan and LJ Cryer, leaving some open shots for Sharp. He has scored 33 actual points in the last two games of the NCAA Tournament.

Mylik Wilson, Houston ($4.3K)

Wilson isn't much of a scorer (5.6 points per game on the season, 2.5 ppg in the NCAA Tournament), but he still puts up around 20 DraftKings points per game thanks to his swarming defense. That's what I'm looking for in a value play since both games aren't likely to be high-scoring.

Broome had a big second weekend of the NCAA Tournament to get Auburn to the Final Four. He had 98 DraftKings points against the two Michigan teams. Once again, Broome has to tangle with a tall team. That was his Achilles heel last year, but he has adjusted well this year. Broome put up 46.25 DK points in the regular-season meeting with Florida.

Thomas Haugh, Florida ($7K)

Like Broome, Haugh was at his best in the second weekend of the tournament. He had 79 DraftKings points in the two games to help get Florida here. Those were two of Haugh's four best games of the season, so he's hot at the right time. One of those other good games came against Auburn. Haugh racked up 39.75 DK points in 28 minutes in the first meeting.

Chaney Johnson, Auburn ($4.9K)

Johnson is often forgotten alongside Broome and Chad Baker-Mazara, but he has averaged 20.8 DraftKings points per game in the NCAA Tournament so far in about 26 minutes per game. He put up 21.75 DK points in 20 minutes in the first meeting with Florida. That's what I'm after in a value play.
