Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that All-Pro defensive end Myles Garrett's foot injury is day-to-day, while offensive guard Wyatt Teller (knee) could land on Injured Reserve after suffering a knee injury in the Week 3 loss to the New York Giants. Garrett missed practice time last week but didn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's contest against the Giants before suffering multiple injuries to his foot/leg. The 28-year-old had an MRI exam on Monday, which apparently didn't show anything significant enough to rule him out for Week 4 against the Las Vegas Raiders. He played a season-low 59% of the defensive snaps in Week 3 and could be limited moving forward if he continues to play through his injuries, making him more boom/bust in IDP fantasy lineups. After finishing with sacks in each of the first two games, Garrett had just one solo tackle against the G-Men.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
