MLB DFS: DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Picks (9/10/24) - Today's Top Lineups

Lawrence Butler - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, MLB Injury News

The top MLB DFS daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for FanDuel, DraftKings on September 10, 2024. Mike Marteny's MLB DFS sleepers picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

We have an 11-game monster on the main slate as both sites once again ostracized those who dared to start a half-hour earlier. Yeah...that'll teach them.

This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, with the slate starting at 7:05 p.m. EDT. The lineup picks will range from some elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is also essential. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings, FanDuel Pitchers - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Pablo Lopez vs. LAA ($9.1K DraftKings; $10K FanDuel)

Lopez has finally turned into the ace that the Twins thought they were getting when they sent Luis Arraez to the Marlins for him and a couple of prospects. It's a renewed sinker that has baffled hitters since the break.

Not much has changed for the Angels since yesterday. Despite a little success against David Festa, they still have by far the worst wRC against RHP in the last month with a bloated 26.3% strikeout rate. Advantage: Lopez.

David Peterson at TOR ($8.5K DraftKings; $9.1K FanDuel)

Despite some recent success, the Jays are still struggling against LHP. The 27.4% strikeout rate in the last month is the eighth-highest in that span. Meanwhile, Peterson just keeps getting better. He is 9-1 with a 2.75 ERA this season. He has not given up more than four runs in any start this year and he's coming off a career-high 11 strikeouts against Boston.

Aaron Civale at SF ($6.3K DraftKings; $8.5K FanDuel)

I really like the price on DK. Civale has only allowed eight runs in 28.1 innings over his last five starts with 30 strikeouts. The Giants have a bloated 27.8% strikeout rate against RHP in the last month. Only the Rays are worse. There is a chance at a ceiling game for Civale tonight.

Also consider: George Kirby vs. SD, Osvaldo Bido at HOU. Rhett Lowder at STL

DraftKings, FanDuel Infielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Jazz Chisholm Jr. – 3B, NYY vs. Seth Lugo ($5.5K DK; $3.5K FD)

Another day, another steal for Jazz. He has seven swipes in eight September games. He has not been caught stealing since the All-Star break in 16 attempts. Jazz isn't hitting for much power lately, but steals rack up points in a hurry too!

Eugenio Suarez – 3B, ARI vs. Nathan Eovaldi ($4.5K DK; $3.5K FD)

Eugenio's hot streak is still going. Since July 1, Suarez has led the majors in RBI with 58, is tied for first in homers with 20, and has raised his batting average by 52 points. He is hitting .395 with six homers and 11 RBI in the last 10 games, so he's showing no signs of slowing down. You're getting elite production at a mid-range price.

Gleyber Torres – SS, NYY vs. Seth Lugo ($3.9K DK; $2.9K FD)

Gleyber is riding a 10-game hitting streak in which he is hitting .366 with a homer, five RBI, eight runs scored, and a steal. He even has six walks in that span! Lugo struggled against the Yankees his first time around. I'll go with a hot Gleyber in this price range.

Also consider: Gunnar Henderson, Josh NaylorTrevor Story

DraftKings, FanDuel Outfielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Mookie Betts – OF, LAD vs. Shota Imanaga ($6.3K DK; $4.1K FD)

I'm not going after Imanaga today, but I will still run Mookie. He extended his hitting streak to nine games last night and is hitting .394 with four homers, 12 RBI, nine runs, and a steal in those nine games.

Julio Rodriguez – OF, SEA vs. Yu Darvish ($4.5K DK; $3.2K FD)

Rodriguez is up to an 11-game hitting streak. During that time, he has three homers, three steals, and nine RBI. He may only get one crack at Darvish, but I still think Julio extends that hit streak yet again. He has six hits in the last three games.

Lawrence Butler – OF, OAK vs. Spencer Arrighetti ($3.9K DK; $3K FD)

When you get your name mentioned in the same sentence as Mark McGwire, you know that you're doing something right in Oakland. Butler has extended his hitting streak to 18 games and he is still showing no signs of slowing down. I will play him every slate until he inevitably craters.

Also consider: Yordan Alvarez, Tyler O'Neill, Lane Thomas

DraftKings, FanDuel MLB DFS Stacks

1. Red Sox vs. Albert Suarez

2. Guardians vs. Jonathan Cannon

3. Mets vs. Chris Bassitt
