2024 Training Camp Schedule for All 32 Teams - 2024 NFL Offseason

Lamar Jackson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Lance Fernandez breaks down when the 2024 training camps for all 32 NFL teams will start. He also shares the venues and pointers on interesting competitions to watch.

For fans, training camp signifies that the NFL season is fast approaching. However, it's a vital part of the offseason for roster building and team strategy. NFL teams can invite up to 90 athletes to training camp, but only 53 will get an active roster spot.

Therefore, the battles will be intense, even if they play for the same team. Those fighting to get onto the team will pour out everything they have to earn a place in the Week 1 lineup and beyond. Unfortunately, with fierce competition comes physical setbacks that could derail a team's fighting chance.

More importantly, the team starts to come together, hoping to work as a cohesive unit that wins games. Here's when the month-long grind to those lofty goals starts as teams go all hands on deck for training camp 2024.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Arizona Cardinals

  • Rookies and veterans report on July 23
  • Venue: State Farm Stadium - Glendale, Arizona

Getting a healthy Kyler Murray will boost the Cardinals' efforts to improve from a 4-13 finish. His connection with rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. can help turn the tide for a team that hasn't won a playoff game since 2015.

Atlanta Falcons

  • Rookies and veterans report on July 24
  • Venue: IBM Performance Field - Flowery Branch, Georgia

Could Kirk Cousins be the difference-maker for the Falcons? He is surrounded by a talented offensive unit featuring Bijan Robinson, Kyle Pitts, and Drake London. The Falcons are seeking their first winning season since 2017.

Baltimore Ravens

  • Rookies report July 13, veterans report July 20
  • Venue: Under Armour Performance Center - Owings Mills, Maryland

The Ravens made their first AFC Championship Game during the Lamar Jackson era. While Jackson won his second NFL Most Valuable Player Award, Baltimore reloaded by bringing in Derrick Henry. It also has a tenacious defense with Kyle Hamilton, Marlon Humphrey, Justin Madubuike, and Roquan Smith.

Buffalo Bills

  • Rookies report July 16, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: St. John Fisher University - Rochester, New York

Josh Allen will work extensively with a revamped Bills receiving corps led by Khalil Shakir, Curtis Samuel, and rookie Keon Coleman. Likewise, Christian Benford, Rasul Douglas, Taylor Rapp, and Mike Edwards will embrace more significant roles in the defensive secondary.

Carolina Panthers

  • Rookies report July 19, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: Bank of America Stadium - Charlotte, North Carolina

The Panthers added offensive weapons, like Diontae Johnson and Xavier Legette, to aid second-year starting quarterback Bryce Young. In addition to the adjustments under offensive-minded head coach Dave Canales, it's interesting to see who will step up from the Panthers defense after Brian Burns' departure.

Chicago Bears

  • Rookies report July 16, veterans report July 19
  • Venue: PNC Center at Halas Hall - Lake Forest, Illinois

The Bears' training camp will be exposed under the cameras of HBO's "Hard Knocks." It's also an opportunity for Caleb Williams to prove that the Bears made the right decision in selecting him first overall in this year's draft.

Cincinnati Bengals

  • Rookies report July 20, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: Kettering Health Practice Fields - Cincinnati, Ohio

For some reason, Joe Burrow experiences something unfortunate during training camp. Can he finish the 2024 version healthy? His health will be vital to the playoff hopes of a team that competed in Super Bowl LVI three years ago. Burrow also gets an opportunity to develop some chemistry with Jermaine Burton.

Cleveland Browns

  • Rookies report July 22, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: CrossCountry Mortgage Campus - Berea, Ohio

Jerry Jeudy's improvement will give the Browns more fight, especially against a challenging division. However, they also hope to have Deshaun Watson and Nick Chubb healthy. Myles Garrett will continue leading one of last season's best defensive units.

Dallas Cowboys

  • Rookies and veterans report on July 24
  • Venue: River Ridge Playing Fields - Oxnard, California

The Cowboys make the annual football pilgrimage to California in preparation for the 2024 NFL season. Except for their draft picks, Dallas didn't make many roster adjustments. It still has stars like Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb, but both are working on contract extensions.

Denver Broncos

  • Rookies report July 17, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit - Englewood, Colorado

The starting quarterback competition between Bo Nix, Jarrett Stidham, and Zach Wilson will be the headline during the Broncos' 2024 training camp. The spot for starting cornerback alongside Pat Surtain II is also shaping to be hotly contested. The center battle between Sam Mustipher, Luke Wattenburg, and Alex Forsyth also looks intriguing.

Detroit Lions

  • Rookies report July 20, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: Detroit Lions Training Facility - Allen Park, Michigan

The Lions made a breakthrough by reaching their first NFC Championship Game since 1991. While they fell short, they have a roster that can compete in succeeding seasons. The battles on defense, especially in the secondary, will be interesting after drafting cornerbacks Terrion Arnold and Ennis Rakestraw Jr.

Green Bay Packers

  • Rookies report July 17, veterans report July 21
  • Venue: Ray Nitschke Field - Green Bay, Wisconsin

We'll see the Packers once again riding bikes to training camp. But this promising bunch already showed their capabilities after defeating Dallas in last year's playoffs. They have a high ceiling on offense, led by quarterback Jordan Love, and talented pieces around him like Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, and Tucker Kraft.

Houston Texans

  • Rookies and veterans report on July 17
  • Venue: Houston Methodist Training Center - Houston, Texas

The Texans face high expectations after winning a playoff game with then-rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud. They added high-profile players on both sides of the ball, including Joe Mixon, Stefon Diggs, Danielle Hunter, and Denico Autry. Barring any injuries, they should be a postseason team.

Indianapolis Colts

  • Rookies and veterans report on July 24
  • Venue: Grand Park Sports Campus - Westfield, Indiana

The Colts will have Anthony Richardson back following a season-ending shoulder injury last year. How Laiatu Latu, the first defensive player selected in the 2024 draft, and Adonai Mitchell will fare in training camp is another fascinating side story.

Jacksonville Jaguars

  • Rookies report July 19, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: Miller Electric Center - Jacksonville, Florida

In addition to giving Trevor Lawrence a massive five-year contract extension, the Jaguars brought in Gabe Davis and drafted Brian Thomas Jr. Signing Arik Armstead and Ronald Darby on defense can make a difference for a team that barely missed the 2023 postseason.

Kansas City Chiefs

  • Rookies report July 16, veterans report July 20
  • Venue: Missouri Western State University - St. Joseph, Missouri

The Chiefs' goal is to win an unprecedented third straight Super Bowl title. While their championship core on offense and defense has returned, they've added Marquise Brown and Xavier Worthy to put more variety in their passing attack. Except for Trent McDuffie, all cornerbacks will compete for the starting role vacated by L'Jarius Sneed.

Las Vegas Raiders

  • Rookies report July 21, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: Jack Hammett Sports Complex - Costa Mesa, California

The Raiders' training camp will feature battles in three vital offensive positions. Aidan O'Connell and Gardner Minshew II will compete for the starting quarterback role. Zamir White and Alexander Mattison will do the same at running back, while Michael Mayer and Brock Bowers will contest the starting tight-end role.

Los Angeles Chargers

  • Rookies report July 16, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: The Bolt - El Segundo, California

In addition to learning a new offense under Jim Harbaugh, Justin Herbert will have a revamped backfield unit and wide receiver corps heading into 2024 training camp. The battle for the starting center position between Bradley Bozeman, Brent Laing, and Bucky Williams after Corey Linsley's retirement should be interesting.

Los Angeles Rams

  • Rookies and veterans report on July 23
  • Venue: Loyola Marymount University - Los Angeles, California

The Rams addressed Aaron Donald's retirement by drafting Jared Verse and Braden Fiske. They also brought in Tre'Davious White to help in the secondary. Likewise, it's interesting to see who the Rams' starting tight end will be because Tyler Higbee might not be ready for Week 1.

Miami Dolphins

  • Rookies report July 16, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: Baptist Health Training Complex - Miami Gardens, Florida

The Dolphins are already established on offense after Odell Beckham Jr.'s addition. However, if Connor Williams doesn't return, Aaron Brewer, Liam Eichenberg, and Andrew Meyer will compete for the starting center role. Meanwhile, their defensive starters at linebacker and safety aren't final after adding Chop Robinson, Shaquil Barrett, Jordan Poyer, and Marcus Maye.

Minnesota Vikings

  • Rookies report July 21, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center - Eagan, Minnesota

Head coach Kevin O'Connell already named Sam Darnold their top quarterback heading into training camp. However, will it stay the same after a month? Or will J.J. McCarthy show enough to convince O'Connell otherwise? Likewise, Josh Oliver, Robert Tonyan, and Johnny Mundt have a shot at taking over from T.J. Hockenson, who might start the season on the PUP list.

New England Patriots

  • Rookies report July 19, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: Gillette Stadium - Foxborough, Massachusetts

The common belief within the Patriots organization is that Jacoby Brissett will be the starting quarterback for Week 1. But will Drake Maye show enough at training camp to change head coach Jerod Mayo's mind? Meanwhile, Chad Ryland and Joey Slye will compete as placekickers.

New Orleans Saints

  • Rookies report July 16, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: University of California - Irvine, California

Rookie Taliese Fuaga will have a chance to prove that he's the rightful starting left tackle. Kendre Miller, now healthy, could prove he has enough to become New Orleans' RB2 or take over from Alvin Kamara. Likewise, will Chase Young perform well enough to become a starter?

New York Giants

  • Rookies report July 16, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: Quest Diagnostics Training Facility - East Rutherford, New Jersey

There are no excuses for Daniel Jones, as the Giants added Devin Singletary and Malik Nabers this offseason. Dexter Lawrence, Kayvon Thibodeaux, and Brian Burns form a solid nucleus on defense. The competition between Daniel Bellinger and Theo Johnson at tight end is something to look after.

New York Jets

  • Rookies report July 18, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: Atlantic Health Jets Training Center - Florham Park, New Jersey

Though Aaron Rodgers and Haason Reddick did not participate in the team's mandatory minicamp, there's little doubt about their starting roles once the season begins. There are little surprises throughout the projected starters, except at left tackle between Tyron Smith and Olu Fashanu.

Philadelphia Eagles

  • Rookies and veterans report on July 23
  • Venue: NovaCare Complex - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith are firmly in place as starting wideouts after earning contract extensions this offseason. Likewise, Saquon Barkley and Will Shipley could become a dynamic backfield duo. After Jason Kelce's retirement, the starting center position is Cam Jurgens' to lose.

Pittsburgh Steelers

  • Rookies and veterans report on July 24
  • Venue: Saint Vincent College - Latrobe, Pennsylvania

Mike Tomlin remains at the helm after getting a contract extension through 2027. However, the role of the starting quarterback between Russell Wilson and Justin Fields remains a mystery. Tomlin will also use the upcoming training camp to settle his starting offensive line for Week 1.

San Francisco 49ers

  • Rookies report July 16, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: SAP Performance Facility - Santa Clara, California

There are no surprises in the 49ers' starting rotation, except for the Brandon Aiyuk situation. While he did say on a TikTok post that the Niners didn't want him back, both parties could still finalize a long-term deal. After adding Maliek Collins, Leonard Floyd, and De'Vondre Campbell on defense, the Niners should again have Super Bowl aspirations.

Seattle Seahawks

  • Rookies report July 17, veterans report July 23
  • Virginia Mason Athletic Center - Renton, Washington

While Geno Smith remains QB1 on the depth chart, will Sam Howell do enough to unseat the veteran? Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet could also be in for an exciting duel at running back. The starting safety positions are also open following Quandre Diggs and Jamal Adams' departure.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

  • Rookies report July 22, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: AdventHealth Training Center - Tampa, Florida

The Buccaneers' third starting wide receiver in three-wide sets is still up for contention, as Sterling Shepard and Trey Palmer are the top candidates. Likewise, one of the starting cornerback positions is open following the Carlton Davis III trade.

Tennessee Titans

  • Rookies and veterans report on July 23
  • Venue: Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park - Nashville, Tennessee

The additions of Tony Pollard, Calvin Ridley, Tyler Boyd, JC Latham, and Lloyd Cushenberry III should settle their starting rotation on offense. Meanwhile, undrafted free-agent placekicker Brayden Narveson could give Nick Folk a run for his money.

Washington Commanders

  • Rookies report July 18, veterans report July 23
  • Venue: OrthoVirginia Training Center at Commanders Park - Ashburn, Virginia

There are competitions left to be settled at 2024 training camp. Will it be Jayden Daniels or Marcus Mariota as the starting quarterback? Who will be the starting running back between Austin Ekeler and Brian Robinson Jr.? Will Zach Ertz or Ben Sinnott take over the starting tight-end role? Will Mike Sainristil earn a starting cornerback role? Dan Quinn will have his hands full as he finalizes Washington's roster.
