Nico Collins' fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 17 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Nico Collins for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in all leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: High-end WR2 with top-10 upside
ANALYSIS: Nico Collins (calf) is completely off the injury report in Week 17. The Texans face off against a Titans team that has allowed the 5th-most receiving yards per game to opposing wide receivers (177.1) this season. Not only that, but Houston gets C.J. Stroud back after missing two weeks with a concussion.
In seven home games this season, Stroud is averaging 324.7 passing yards per game and has thrown 16 touchdowns and just four interceptions. In six road games, that drops to just 226.3 passing yards per game with four touchdowns and one interception. To say he's been incredible at home this season would be an understatement.
The last time Collins played with Stroud and without Tank Dell (who's out for the remainder of the season), he put up 9-191-1 on 12 targets in Week 13 vs. the Broncos. His 12 targets equated to a 44.4% target share in that game. That's not to say he'll see another target share like that this week, but it gives you a feel for his ceiling in a game against a pass-funnel Titans team.
Fire up Nico with the utmost confidence in your fantasy football championship.
