Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott (ankle) was officially ruled out for Week 5 against the Arizona Cardinals. Elliott wasn't able to practice this week after suffering a right ankle injury in the Week 4 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Eagles are expected to bring up Cameron Dicker from the practice squad to the active roster in order to serve as the team's kicker on Sunday with Elliott out. Elliott could be back as early as Week 6 against the Dallas Cowboys. Dicker will be making his NFL debut this weekend and should be avoided in fantasy.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
