WNBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks, Betting Picks (6/3/22): WNBA DFS Advice for DraftKings and FanDuel, Best Bets

WNBA dfs lineup picks daily fantasy basketball stock

We've got four games on the WNBA slate on Friday night. With two-thirds of the league in action, there are a lot of potential fantasy options that you can play.

I'll be providing daily fantasy lineup picks for the WNBA this season here at RotoBaller. In addition, I'll be sprinkling in some basic betting picks. Not going to get complicated since there's limited space in this piece, but I'll throw you a bet or two each day that I like and, because I think this is important, that I'll be making myself.

In this article, I'll be providing you with some daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 6/3/22. These lineups picks will range from elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. The slate locks on 6/3/2022 at 7:00 p.m. ET. Want to talk more about the WNBA? I'm always available on Twitter and always down to discuss women's basketball: @juscarts.

WNBA DFS Lineup Picks: Forwards

Elena Delle Donne (Washington Mystics) - vs NY - DK: $10,800, FD: $8,000

The Liberty allow the fifth-most points per game in the WNBA—which is surprising, because with how they've been playing, you'd think it'd be worse, right?

EDD is averaging 17.9 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.4 blocks and 0.7 steals per game. She isn't playing full time, but in the games where she's available, she's posting really good numbers. She just had 19 points and seven boards against the Fever while shooting 47.1% from the floor and she's scored under 15 points just once, which was when she scored 14 points against the Wings. That was her only came with under 30 fantasy points.

Satou Sabally (Dallas Wings) - @ SEA - DK: $7,300, FD: $6,500

Her minutes have been weird since she returned, but Sabally finally was put in the starting lineup last game. She was 3-for-7 with 12 points, four rebounds, four assists and one steal. In the game before that, Sabally took 16 shots. We're seeing her volume ramp up, and as long as she remains under, like, $8,500 on DK and $7,500 on FD, she's going to be an automatic play for me because I love her upside. Sabally is a great shooter and defender who is liable to explode at any moment.

Jantel Lavender (Seattle Storm) - vs DAL - DK: $6,200, FD: $5,500

Ezi Magbegor is still out with COVID, as is Sue Bird. That's an obvious reason to play either Breanna Stewart or Jewell Loyd, but it's also a reason to scour the Storm roster for value. You might consider Mercedes Russell as she prepares to make her season debut, but I think Seattle will be pretty careful with her as she returns from a non-basketball injury. Lavender should see a good number of minutes again. She's coming off of a 12-point, 10-rebound showing against the Liberty in her last game. She had nine rebounds in the game before. With Ezi out, Seattle has been leaning on Lavender and while this is likely the last game for the foreseeable future where she'll have fantasy value, it's been a nice (albeit short) run for the veteran big.

WNBA DFS Lineup Picks: Guards

Sabrina Ionescu (New York Liberty) - @ WAS - DK: $9,300, FD: $7,700

The Liberty moved Ionescu to the two for Wednesday's game against Indiana. She responded with her best showing in awhile, going 6-for-11 from the floor with 23 points, seven rebounds and two assists. Playing against the W's worst defense sure helped, but getting some of the pressure off of her was a big part of her performance. With Betnijah Laney out longterm, the Liberty should continue to start Ionescu with Crystal Dangerfield, allowing Ionescu to play off the ball more and focus more on scoring than on playmaking.

Ariel Atkins (Washington Mystics) -vs NY - DK: $8,300, FD: $6,000

Atkins has attempted 15 or more field goals in three of the last four games and is coming off of a 28-point showing against the Fever. Like with Ionescu, who I just mentioned, there's an obvious "she played the Fever" caveat here. Still, New York allows the fifth-most points per game. They aren't Indiana-bad on defense, but they aren't good, and Atkins should be able to take advantage of that and have another strong showing.

Aari McDonald (Atlanta Dream) - vs CHI - DK: $7,600, FD: $5,700

It's taken a little bit, but McDonald seems to have fully arrived after an uneven rookie campaign last year. She's scored in double figures in three consecutive games and is coming off of her highest-volume game of the season, going 5-for-14 from the floor against Minnesota with 13 points, two rebounds, two assists, one block and seven steals. She has multiple steals in three of the last four games.

WNBA Betting Picks for 6/3/2022

Looking to make some WNBA bets? Let's look at some options for you.

Yesterday's Results: 1-1

Chicago Sky Spread (-2)

Atlanta has the better record, but neither team has played the toughest schedule yet. The Dream have struggled against good teams though, losing twice to the Mystics (one by 20 points) and 96-73 to the Aces. The team's one "good" win was a 66-59 win over the Wings. Chicago has a win over the Mystics on its resume, though it lost to Seattle (by three) and the Aces (by seven). I think Chicago is the better team here and should win by more than two points.

Wings/Storm U 162

The Storm still are missing Ezi Magbegor and Sue Bird. Their results without them have been...different, as they scored just 79 in an overtime win over New York, then followed that up by scoring 92 in a rematch with New York. I think the latter was more on NY than on Seattle. Meanwhile, these two teams are both bottom four in field goal percentage. They combine to average 161.6 points per game, so this one might be close, but I'm smelling a low-scoring game here.
