Welcome RotoBallers to our Two-Start Pitcher Streamers article - Waiver Wire Streamers and Starts for Week 15, from July 1 to July 7. With multiple teams having six or seven games on their schedule, we're looking at a nice variety of two-start pitchers.

Each week of this fantasy baseball season, this fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups column will identify starting pitchers expected to make two starts in the upcoming week. It can be considered as fantasy baseball streamers ahead of the Sunday night waiver wire run for leagues with weekly transactions.

There are 30 pitchers currently scheduled to make two starts during this period. We will be looking at pitchers who are less than 50% owned in Yahoo leagues. Listed will be those who are rostered over 50%, those who are best available under 50%, and risky options under 50%. There are a few other two-start pitchers available, but they should be avoided.

Best Available Two-Start Pitcher Streamers

Kyle Gibson (36% Rostered), St. Louis Cardinals

Scheduled Starts: vs. ATL, vs. CIN

Kyle Gibson was on the opposite side of these tracks in last week’s column; as predicted, he suffered against the Atlanta Braves (four earned runs allowed in four innings). However, Gibson finds himself as the recommended stream this week.

Even after a poor outing against Atlanta, Gibson still holds a 3.70 ERA, 4.18 FIP, 4.04 xFIP, 21.2% strikeout rate, and 29.3% CSW%. While that’s not a bulletproof profile, it should be enough against Washington and Pittsburgh – two offenses that rank 20th and 24th, respectively, in scoring this season.

Risky Two-Start Streamer Picks

Zack Littell (23% Rostered), Tampa Bay Rays

Scheduled Starts: @ KC, @ TEX

While there have been some potholes, Littell has served well in a streaming capacity this season. His 3.72 FIP, 22% strikeout rate and 4.3% walk rate are going to be enough most weeks, but a top-10 scoring Kansas City brings some concern. Littell is a decent option, but he comes with a higher bust potential than usual this week.

Simeon Woods Richardson (17% Rostered), Minnesota Twins

Scheduled Starts: vs. DET, vs. HOU

Simeon Woods Richardson has settled into a nice season, with a 3.41 ERA, 3.64 FIP, 1.14 WHIP, 20.5% strikeout rate, and 7% walk rate through 13 starts.

While his stuff has fallen short this season (85 Stuff+ grade, 26.2% CSW%, 10.8% SwStr%), he’s located well (104 Location+ grade) enough to gain fantasy relevance in most weeks. He isn’t a bad option this week with Detroit on the slate, but a Houston offense that ranks top-10 in runs scored this month leaves him as a risky option.

Spencer Arrighetti (7% Rostered), Houston Astros

Scheduled Starts: @ TOR, @ MIN

With a 5.68 ERA through 14 starts, Spencer Arrighetti is already a tough sell against a Blue Jays offense ranked 26th in runs scored -- much less with his second start a Minnesota offense ranked eighth in runs scored this season.

Bryse Wilson (7% Rostered), Milwaukee Brewers

Scheduled Starts: @ COL, @ LAD

A pitcher with a 19% strikeout rate and 4.88 FIP is not someone you’d want to stream with starts in Coors and against the Dodgers up next.

David Peterson (5% Rostered), New York Mets

Scheduled Starts: @ WAS, @ PIT

Maybe the 3.67 ERA and match-ups against the Nationals and Pirates may fool some, but it shouldn’t fool you. Peterson’s 5.34 xERA, 1.48 WHIP, 16.5% strikeout rate, 10.7% walk rate, and 25.1% CSW% signal serious and pervading weakness.
