Trey McBride is a 2024 fantasy football draft value at tight end. Target Trey McBride as a TE1 in fantasy football drafts.
BALLER MOVE: Target Around ~42 Overall
CURRENT ADP: ~48
ANALYSIS: Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride was stuck behind Zach Ertz on the depth chart to start the 2023 season, which led to little involvement in the passing game for the young playmaker. But when Ertz went down with an injury in Week 7, McBride took over as the team's TE1 and became a surprise fantasy star.
From Week 8 to Week 18, McBride was the TE3 and averaged 15 PPR fantasy points per game. During that span, he finished as a top-six fantasy tight end six times while seeing at least seven targets in eight of those 10 contests. The Cardinals' tight end will now have a great opportunity to build on those strong end-of-season fantasy numbers this season.
Trey McBride averaged 14.9 fantasy PPG in 8 games with Kyler Murray last season (would be TE1) 👀

That makes him a value pick at his 48 ADP on various platforms. He has a solid quarterback in Kyler Murray throwing to him, and the young tight end should operate as one of the top two options for Murray in the passing game. As a result, fantasy managers should be targeting McBride in the fourth round of drafts because he has overall TE1 upside in 2024.
