2024 NFL QB Power Rankings: Every Week 16 Starting Quarterback from Worst to First

CLEVELAND BROWNS LOGO STOCK

32. Dorian Thompson-Robinson - Cleveland Browns

Dorian Thompson-Robinson has earned himself another starting opportunity for the Browns with Jameis Winston turning the ball over so much. We have not seen a lot of DTR in his two-year career, but we have seen him throw many interceptions and lead an inept offense. The Browns may be worse off now than they were at the beginning of the season with Deshaun Watson.

TENNESSEE TITANS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

31. Mason Rudoph - Tennessee Titans

Mason Rudolph has retaken the reins of the offense with Will Levis being sent to the bench. Rudolph figures to hold the job through the end of the season and the Titans’ offense is likely to be better because of it. This has effectively become an audition for the pending free agent.

Drew Lock - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

30. Drew Lock - New York Giants

Tommy DeVito? Tim Boyle? Drew Lock? Who knows who the Giants quarterback is at this point? It does not matter either way. They have to run a tough schedule of games to close out the season and it does not look like any of them will be able to have much success in this offense. For this week it will be Lock, but who knows if that will last.

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

29. Spencer Rattler - New Orleans Saints

Rattler took over for an incompetent Jake Haener in Week 15. He nearly led the Saints to victory over the Commanders. Derek Carr has a chance to return this week but signs point toward Rattler earning a start.

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

28. Mac Jones - Jacksonville Jaguars

Jones once again tried to throw the game away for the Jaguars in Week 15. The only thing is that this time, he was successful. Jones’ inexplicable interceptions are unacceptable. The Jaguars should have run away with this game at the end, but Jones lacks a lot of capabilities as an NFL quarterback.

Aidan O'Connell - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Picks

27. Aidan O'Connell - Las Vegas Raiders

O’Connell was unable to play in Week 15 due to a bone bruise. Desmond Ridder took his place, and, well, he did Desmond Ridder things. O’Connell seems to have a chance to play this week, so hopefully for his sake and the Raiders, he can get back on the field in Week 16.

Anthony Richardson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL News

26. Anthony Richardson - Indianapolis Colts

Richardson was highly inefficient and turnover-prone once again in Week 15. On one hand, he still does not have a full season of starts under his belt. On the other, he has been very up and down. This is a continued trial period for Richardson.

Michael Penix Jr. - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

25. Michael Penix Jr. - Atlanta Falcons

Kirk Cousins is out and Michael Penix Jr. is in. Penix will draw his first start this weekend against a beatable Giants defense. The Falcons need all hands on deck for a final playoff push and feel that Penix is the best man to lead the offense with Cousins playing so poorly lately.

Aaron Rodgers - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

24. Aaron Rodgers - New York Jets

Rodgers delivered another good game on Sunday and the Jets found a way to beat the Jaguars. Rodgers looked like a vintage version of himself, scrambling around for big gains while finding receivers deep down the field. If only he had played like this from the jump this year.

Drake Maye - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

23. Drake Maye - New England Patriots

Maye was efficient despite another interception against the Cardinals on Sunday. The kid is tough as nails and continues to fight with the limited players around him. The Patriots have their work cut out to surround Maye with quality players next season.

Bryce Young - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

22. Bryce Young - Carolina Panthers

Young and the Panthers were put in their place by a surging Dallas Cowboys team in Week 15. Young committed four turnovers in his first bad game in several weeks. Hopefully, this game does not hurt his confidence too much.

Caleb Williams - Fantasy Football Rankings, QB, NFL Rookies, Draft Sleepers

21. Caleb Williams - Chicago Bears

Williams and the Bears had another tough outing in Week 15 as the Vikings completely stole their lunch money. This season has fully fallen apart for the Bears and their prized No. 1 pick. It is a cautionary tale against believing in a rookie quarterback before they come into their own.

Cooper Rush - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

20. Cooper Rush - Dallas Cowboys

Rush threw three touchdowns on his way to a clean game in Week 15. Rush was excellent as the Cowboys steamrolled the Panthers. Rush continues to play like a high-end backup and the Cowboys still have narrow playoff hopes.

Kyler Murray - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL DFS Picks

19. Kyler Murray - Arizona Cardinals

Murray did enough of what was necessary to earn a victory in Week 15. The Cardinals will welcome any positive performance from Murray after a recent string of bad weeks. They are back on track with a chance to win the division.

Bo Nix - Fantasy Football Rankings, QB, NFL Rookies, Draft Sleepers

18. Bo Nix - Denver Broncos

Nix has quietly stumbled over the past couple of weeks. He threw three interceptions as the Colts imploded. Nix will need to be much better moving forward. He went through growing pains early in the season but he could be hitting his proverbial rookie wall at this point in the season.

Geno Smith - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL DFS Picks

17. Geno Smith - Seattle Seahawks

After stringing together a couple of nice weeks, Smith was limited to no touchdowns and an interception in Week 15. To make matters worse, Smith went down with a knee injury. Initial reports on the knee are positive, however.

C.J. Stroud - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

16. C.J. Stroud - Houston Texans

Stroud was fine in Week 15. However, the Texans did not win their game so much as the Dolphins lost it. Stroud and the Texans know they need to play better to survive in a loaded AFC. They have been fortunate this season that their division is so bad.

Justin Herbert - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

15. Justin Herbert - Los Angeles Chargers

Herbert and the Chargers jumped on the Buccaneers early in Week 15, but it was all downhill from there. This offense has stalled recently, and Herbert has cooled off considerably. The Chargers and their quarterback must return to form if they are to make some noise in the playoffs.

Brock Purdy - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

14. Brock Purdy - San Francisco 49ers

Purdy only threw for 142 yards and an interception in Week 15 against the Rams. He could not get anything going as he completed less than 50% of his passes. Purdy has now only thrown 15 touchdown passes in 2024 compared to the 30 he threw in 2023.

Baker Mayfield - Fantasy Football Rankings, Waiver Wire Pickups, Draft Sleepers

13. Baker Mayfield - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Mayfield was a surgeon in Week 15. He threw four touchdown passes and has the Buccaneers in a great position to win the NFC South. Look out NFC, the pirates are coming.

matthew stafford fantasy football rankings news NFL

12. Matthew Stafford - Los Angeles Rams

Stafford did not light up the box score by any means in Week 15, but he did enough to get the Rams an ugly win. In a field-goal battle with the 49ers, Stafford only threw for 160 yards. He enjoyed a solid QBR of 60.3 as the Rams inched closer to first place in the NFC West.

Russell Wilson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

11. Russell Wilson - Pittsburgh Steelers

Wilson and the Steelers could not get much going offensively against the Eagles this week. The intrastate matchup proved to be lopsided with the Eagles defense playing at such a high level. AFC seeding is getting interesting, and the Steelers will need to put forth their best effort every week from here on out.

Tua Tagovailoa - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

10. Tua Tagovailoa - Miami Dolphins

Three interceptions are not a good statistic when you are fighting for playoff seeding. Tagovailoa was awful in Week 15 after being the most accurate quarterback in the NFL over the last several weeks. The Dolphins’ playoff hopes have all but slipped away now.

Sam Darnold - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

9. Sam Darnold - Minnesota Vikings

Darnold was quieter in Week 15 after a huge five-touchdown performance in Week 14. The Vikings still steamrolled the Bears in dominating fashion. This team certainly has its sights set on the Lions now as they are currently tied atop the NFC North at 12-2 apiece. The Vikings play the Lions in what could be a huge-stakes game in Week 18.

Jayden Daniels - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

8. Jayden Daniels - Washington Commanders

Daniels had a nice game in Week 15. He made a lot of plays with his legs and his accuracy was apparent. However, the Commanders offense stalled in the second half and nearly allowed a Saints comeback. Washington should have steamrolled its way to victory.

Jordan Love - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

7. Jordan Love - Green Bay Packers

Love and the Packers torched the Seahawks in Week 15. It was a great win because it gives the Packers a leg up on the Seahawks in Wild Card seeding and all but guarantees them a playoff spot. This team is ready to make some noise with Love continuing to play as efficiently as he has.

Patrick Mahomes - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

6. Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs

Mahomes only completed 50% of his passes in Week 15 and went down due to injury in the fourth quarter. He started the game hot with two early touchdown passes but quickly cooled off. It was his first down game in several weeks as Mahomes had started to look like himself again lately.

Jalen Hurts - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

5. Jalen Hurts - Philadelphia Eagles

Hurts and the Eagles figured out the passing game this week. With Saquon Barkley bottled up on the ground, Hurts threw for 290 yards and two touchdowns. The Eagles look formidable if they can keep the running game right.

4. Jared Goff - Detroit Lions

So Goff can throw five interceptions in a win but he cannot buy a win when he throws five touchdowns? With so many players injured on defense, the Lions were in a serious shootout with the Bills. With the defense so banged up, Goff is on his way to some huge passing output.

Joe Burrow - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS and Betting Picks

3. Joe Burrow - Cincinnati Bengals

Burrow committed three turnovers this weekend, but he also tossed three touchdowns. This guy continues to throw touchdowns at a ridiculously high rate this season. The Bengals scratched their way to another win to keep that dreaded “eliminated” symbol away from their name in the standings.

Lamar Jackson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

2. Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens

Five touchdowns are a good way to play when you are fighting for playoff seeding. The Ravens ignored their stellar running game in Week 15 and just tossed long touchdowns all day on the Giants. Life was good for Baltimore this weekend.

Five Fantasy Football Overvalued Quarterbacks

1. Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills

Allen decided to pick up where he left off after Week 14. He delivered an encore of four total touchdowns this time around. The Bills were in another shootout with a top NFC foe (Lions), but this time they came out victorious. Allen put a huge stamp on the 2024 NFL MVP Award this week.
