Tyler Reddick came from near the rear after Stage 1 (38th place) and nearly pulled off an improbable victory. In the end, he managed to get by everyone except for Kyle Larson. He even survived an incredible charge from William Byron. Reddick's Chevy was lightning fast in the final few laps but by then, it was too late. Despite that, this was the No. 8's best finish of the 2021 season. Reddick did not lead a single lap but had some of the fastest laps at the tail end of the race. Part of that was Kyle Larson coasting but part of that was running with good speed and downforce. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
