The Tennessee Titans opened rookie running back Kalel Mullings' (ankle) 21-day practice window on Monday, according to John Glennon of the Nashville Post. Mullings remains on Injured Reserve, but if he looks good at practice this week, he could be activated to the 53-man roster in time for the team's Week 11 contest against the division-rival Houston Texans. The 23-year-old first-year RB was put on IR following the team's Week 3 loss to the Indianapolis Colts, but he could be nearing a return to action. The sixth-round pick out of Michigan has appeared in only two games so far in his first NFL season, and he has yet to see a snap on offense. Whenever Mullings is officially activated, he'll be the Titans' RB3, at best, behind Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears, meaning he should remain on the waiver wire in most single-year fantasy football leagues.--Keith Hernandez
