Tim Patrick - Week 8 Outlook for Fantasy Football
3 years agoDating back to last season, Denver Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick has been a reliable and steady contributor among injuries to the team's other wideouts. The 27-year-old has a career-high 69.2% catch rate on 39 targets through seven games, hauling in 27 passes for 360 yards and three touchdowns. However, he had his worst game of the year (2-16-0) in the Week 7 loss to the Cleveland Browns last Thursday, and he's in line for a lesser role moving forward with second-year pass-catcher and former first-rounder Jerry Jeudy set to return from a high ankle sprain in Week 8 against the Washington Football Team. Patrick has been extremely efficient, but he was seeing only 5.6 targets per game with Jeudy sidelined, and that number figures to drop with Jeudy returning. Patrick can't be relied on as a realistic starting option in fantasy this week.
